What kind of employee we want on our team

• at least 1 year of work experience as a roll cutter operator in flexography (flexo printing, rotogravure printing, roll offset)
• secondary or vocational education (if you have extensive experience, education is not essential)
• with a high degree of responsibility
• with a desire to learn and work
• with an understanding of teamwork and work discipline

 

Your responsibilities will include:

• work on the coil-cutting machine, model FSL- T1300 according to the shift task (setting the coils, setting the order, cutting the order into coils or bales, packaging coils or bales according to customer requirements, weighing in the program and the formation of specifications, forming a pallet with the finished product, compiling edging and waste into bags, weighing and labeling in accordance with the nomenclature, filling in the appropriate documentation (logbook, flow chart), if an assistant is available — partial unloading of the operator from auxiliary works
• continuous control over the cutting of products and their quality
• partial maintenance of the machine (Slitere) within the competence of the operator (cleaning of the equipment, replacement of friction clutches 76/152), adaptation period and training in the features of work in our system and on our equipment 2-4 weeks.
