Packaging for deep-frozen foods

Packaging for frozen foods made by our company of high quality materials on modern equipment — will reliably preserve your product.

The film, designed for packaging deep-frozen foods, has its own specific characteristics. These include:

  • High thermal weldability (improved strength characteristics of the weld);
  • Resistant to punctures and damage;
  • High-strength welded seam.

The production of deep-freeze packaging is made of combined PET, BOPP and PE materials.

Production of deep-freeze packaging

Our company complies with all necessary standards and requirements in the production of packaging for deep freezing. So for the freezing of semi-finished meat products, packaging for dumplings, fruit, seafood and vegetables we use materials that meet the characteristics of such criteria:

  • resistance to cracking;
  • resistance to temperature fluctuations;
  • mechanical strength;
  • tightness.

In addition, the packaging material must act as a barrier between the product and the outside environment. After all, most frozen products have sharp edges, which is why puncture resistance is so important.

Given the variety of products to be frozen (fish, meat, ready meals, vegetables, fruit, ice cream, and so on), deep-freeze packaging must be resistant to extremely low temperatures and have high-quality welds.

It is also important to prevent external odors from entering through the packaging film. To this end, it is made of multilayer materials with barrier properties.

What should be the packaging for frozen foods and semi-finished products?

The external characteristics of the packaging are also important. The main condition for the external design of half-finished product packaging is the ability to attract attention. The design of packaging for semi-finished products should be attractive, bright, colorful and advertising the brand.

In the process of manufacturing packaging products, polymers are usually used. Our packaging retains vitamins, minerals, and nutrients during «shock freezing».
